At The Chivery, we want you to love your gear; if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange the item for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in their original condition.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your request within 5-7 business days.
